Shipping/Policies

Minimums
We greatly appreciate all orders and require no minimums.

Shipping
Always free shipping when your product total is $100.00 or more (US addresses only). 

When making your payment please verify that the PayPal address is correct.  We can not reship an order if it’s delivered to the wrong address.  If you notice that the address is incorrect, after processing your payment, just email us the correct address.

  In most cases, orders received before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, are processed and mailed same day.  Occasionally, it may take up to three days to ship an order. 

We ship via  USPS.   We try to accommodate special requests.  If you prefer another shipping method please send information to the email address on the Contact Us page.

Occasionally the Shopping Cart over charges on shipping.  It’s our intention to only charge the actual shipping costs so we always refund the difference through PayPal.

We will usually ship internationally but the Shopping Cart does not calculate the correct shipping costs.  We will email you the additional costs.  If you choose to complete the order we’ll send an invoice through PayPal.  Once the invoice is paid your order will ship.  We can also cancel and refund the order, if you choose not to pay the extra costs.

Payment Methods
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and checks through PayPal.  A PayPal account is not required to complete a purchase.  Purchases must be paid in full prior to shipment.  California orders subject to 7.75% sales tax.

If you prefer to pay by check send an email listing the items you wish to purchase to inquiries@paws4fun.net.  We will total your items and shipping costs then email you an invoice.  We hold your order for five days after your check arrives, to give the check time to clear.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy & agree to never share or sell any of your personal information. This information is collected for the sole purpose of completing the order.   No one likes spam & we will protect your personal info!

Returns
We want to make sure everyone has a “pawsitive” experience ordering from our site so we have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy.   Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges).   Include a copy of the packing slip.  Please give us your reason for the return, along with instructions about your choice of exchange or refund.

When kits are returned we reserve the right to inspect the kit first before issuing a refund.  We need to make sure  everything in the case is in new condition.
